The 2015 Utah State Aggies return thirteen starters from a team that went 10-4 overall. Utah State finished 6-2 in the Mountain West. Mountain Division. Head Coach Matt Wells enter his third season on the sidelines with a 19-9 record. Most of all the Aggies return a four-year starter under center, who was lost last season. Two first-year coordinators on offense and defense are positives coming into the season. Former Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Josh Heupel is the offensive coordinator. The 2015 Utah State Aggies football team will be led by quarterback Chuckie Keaton. The Houston, Texas native is used to being in the national spotlight with mind-boggling performances on the national stage. Keaton will have five experienced receivers at his disposal, led by Hunter Sharp (939) yards last season. Senior Jojo Natson (7) touchdowns will also be a factor. The Utah State defense has to replace two starting safeties; the free safety Devin Centers returns. The defensive line will get better as the season progresses. The Aggies hope to take over Boise State in the Mountain Division, Keaton’s health and the defense are the keys.
