The 2015 Green Bay Packers drafted cornerback with their first two draft picks this season. The second rounder Quinten Rollins only played one season of football at Miami-Ohio. The team is loaded at the wideout position, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, and Davante Adams will be great teachers for Montgomery. Tackle Bryan Bulaga anchors the Green Bay offensive line. The Green Bay defense parted way with linebacker A.J. Hawk and cornerback Tramon Williams. The strength of the Green Bay defense is the linebackers, led by Clay Matthews and Nick Perry. Veteran Julius Peppers is still a good pass rusher. The secondary will be among the best in the NFC North with safeties Morgan Burnett and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. Sam Shields is a proven cornerback who can work with Rollins.

The New England Patriots parted way with starters Brandon Browner, Darrelle Revis and longtime Patriot Vince Wilfork. New England took Texas defensive tackle Malcom Brown with their first pick in the 2015 NFL draft. Pass rushing specialist Jabaal Sheard comes over from Cleveland to bolster the defensive line. Second-year quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will be the starter in the season opener, pending the Brady investigation. Running Backs Stevan Ridley and Shane Vareen will be replaced by LeGarrette Blount, Travaris Cadet, and James White, who has turned heads in training camp. Tight End Rob Gronkowski aka “GRONK” is one of the best at his position in the game. Massive offensive tackle Nate Solder is coming into his own as a premier pass blocker. Linebackers Jamie Collins, Donta Hightower, and Jerod Mayo are thumpers. The secondary must replace both starters at cornerback. Bill Bellichek has Malcolm Butler, who made the game-winning interception in the Superbowl in the mix.
