The 2015 Tennessee Titans expect big things from their new franchise quarterback. The coaching staff is impressed with his ability to learn the offense and natural leadership qualities. The Titans offense will be better than people expect. Former first-round offensive lineman guard Chance Warmack is slowly becoming an All-Pro caliber player. Warmack and second-year pro-Taylor Lewan can take theTitans to new heights. The offensive line under head coach Ken Whisenhunt is a group that must protect their franchise quarterback in the opener. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and second-year head coach Lovie Smith must give the fans in Tampa something to cheer about early in the season. The drafting of Winston is a start. Running Back Doug Martin seems to be returning to form as one of the best in the NFL. Former New England Patriots offensive lineman Logan Mankins will anchor the offensive line. Tight End Austin Seferian-Jenkins can become a security blanket in the passing game for Winston. Management has put all the pieces in place for the team to make significant improvement in 2015, on both sides of the football. Winston must silent his critics by being productive both on the field and especially off of the gridiron. The franchise has a support system is in place for Winston with former high character players at his disposal in trying times. Defensive Tackles Gerald McCoy and Henry Melton have to ability to become dominant against the run and both has the quickness to create a pass rush. The Tampa Bay defense has one of the best group of linebackers in the league with Lavonte David and Bruce Carter. Tampa Bay cornerback Alterraun Verner gets a chance to go against his former teammates. His familiarity with the Tennessee wideouts could prove to be a game changer.
