Written and authored by National Basketball Association Expert Analyst Charlie Red McDougall. produces it for Basketball Betting news and notes. NBA Premium Picks have been winning at an 80.0% rate and will continue through the 2016 NBA Finals in 2016. The (3-15) Los Angeles Lakers of the NBA Western Conference Pacific Division will be in the “ATL” for an out of Conference matchup. Los Angeles will play the (12-9) Atlanta Hawks of the Eastern Conference Southeast in 2015 NBA action. The game is at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Tip-Off time is at 8:00 PM EST. The game is on Friday, December, 4th 2015. The Best Sports Handicapper believes NBA fans are showing the Lakers organization and star Kobe Bryant plenty of respect. The 37-year old is making his farewell tour around the league and getting standing ovations nightly for opposing fans. The Atlanta Hawks are going to be contenders in the East. The Opening betting line has the Lakers as an eleven and a half-point Road Underdog Against The Spread. The Betting Odds total is 211′-points for Friday’s game.

The 2015-16 Los Angeles Lakers have won just three games so far this season. The Lakers gave Philadelphia their first win of the season on December 1st. Los Angeles then went to Washington and squeaked out a 108-104 victory. Kobe Bryant was spectacular, scoring a team high 31-points. The future Hall of Famer was in a zone and looked like a player in his prime. It seems the once strong Los Angeles franchise keep hitting new lows. After meeting with President Obama, Bryant willed the team to their 3rd win of the season. Los Angeles is still at he bottom of the standings in the Division as well as the Western Conference. The Lakers offense averages 97.3 ppg while giving up 105.7 points per contest. The addition of Center Roy Hibbert has not helped early in the 2015 season, but he leads the team in shot blocks. Second-year player Julius Randle averages a team-high 9′ rebounds per contest. 2015 first round draft choice D’Angelo Russell has a tough time adjusting to the NBA style of play.

The Atlanta Hawks look to bounce back after a 96-86home loss to Toronto. Atlanta is 0-4 straight up their last four when scoring less than 100-points. The Atlanta organization also plans to honor Los Angeles star Kobe Bryant before, during and after the game. Hopefully, it fires up their Hawks instead of Bryant. The Atlanta version of the big three, Paul Milsap, Jeff Teague and Al Horford are playing up to their potential. The problem is the rest of the team is turning in below-average performances. Atlanta ran out of gas in the fourth quarter in more than just a few losses. It is time for the bench to put up or shut up. Backup point guard Dennis Schroder and Ken Bazemore have been the exceptions. The key to an Atlanta win is to push the basketball at a fast pace and make open shots. The Hawks will get plenty of easy baskets vs. One of the worst defenses in the NBA.

The Betting Odds Over The Total are 4-1 the last five between the teams in Atlanta.

Los Angeles is 2-5 Against The Point Spread their seven in the “PEACH STATE”.
