NCAA Football Bowl Predictions are again winning at a remarkable rate and will continue to the BCS Title game in January 2017.

The (6-6) Indiana Hoosiers of the Big-Ten Conference East Division are in the “BAY AREA” for the 2016-17 Foster Farms Bowl.

Indiana plays the (8-4), and nineteenth ranked Utah Utes of the PAC-Twelve South Division in 2016 NCAA Football Bowl action.

Game time is at 8:30 PM EST on the Fox Television Network.

The teams will play at Levi’s Stadium home of the NFL 49ers in the San Francisco suburb of Santa Clara, California. The game is on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.

The Best Sports Handicapper believes the Indiana Hoosiers football program has made huge stride under Kevin Wilson.

However, the program parted ways with Wilson due allegations of abusing injured players. The Utah Utes were hoping to get to a much bigger Bowl.

The Utes should be able to impose their will on Indiana, but they must come prepared.

The Opening betting line has the Utah Utes as a Six and a Half Point Favorite Against The Spread on a neutral field.

The Betting Odds is 55-points for Wednesday’s 2016 Foster Farms Bowl matchup.

The 2016 Indiana Hoosiers lost two of three down the stretch but took care of in-state rival Purdue to get six wins on the season.

Indiana finished fourth in the East division. Tom Allen will coach the team in the Foster Farms Bowl, and a good showing by the team will stick in the minds of University officials.

Indiana has not won in the postseason since 1991. However, they are making their second consecutive bowl appearance.

Long gone are stars such as Tevin Coleman and Nate Sudfeld. Junior signal caller Richard Lagow has thrown for more than 3,000-yards with eighteen touchdowns this season.

The offense has little problem putting points on the scoreboard. However, the Utes defense is one of the best in the PAC-Twelve.

The defense has not been the strength of Indiana over the years, but they are much improved this season.

The key to a Utah victory is to play inspired football with the new coaching staff on the sideline.

The Utah Utes finished behind Colorado and USC in the South division of the PAC-Twelve.

Utah lost three of four down the stretch; they beat Arizona State in the span. Like Wednesday’s opponent, the Utes have had trouble finishing drives in the red zone this season.

Junior quarterback Troy Williams played through an injury the last month of the season.

Utah is a big, physical team and should be able to dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the football.

The question is will the Utes be motivated. Fans in Salt Lake City thought the Utah football team would be an invitation to a much more relevant bowl.

However, the struggle down the stretch of the season put them in the “BAY AREA” for the postseason.

The Utah Utes defense did an adequate job, but nothing compared to how they used to dominate.

Indiana struggle against opponents with the same schemes as Utah and the Utes must take advantage of opportunities to put the game away, whenever possible.
