Junior Joseph and Vontae Diggs must take up the slack, and they are capable of doing just that. The defensive line will be solid with three great players returning.

Safety Obi Melifonwu is now in the NFL; now the pressure is on cornerbacks Jamar Summers and Tre Bell to take their game to another level.

The key to success for the Huskies defense for the upcoming season is to play with consistency and create turnovers.
